Pelvic/Women's Health Physiotherapy

At Base, our physiotherapists have experience supporting people’s health at every stage of life, including pregnancy through to postnatal recovery and beyond. We also offer antenatal and postnatal Clinical Pilates, with exercises carefully designed to be pelvic floor–safe and to support your body during pregnancy and recovery.

Exercise Rehab

At Base Physio + Pilates our Mat classes are, designed to strengthen and condition your whole body while focusing on form and technique.
