  • Clinical Pilates is tailored to your individual needs, specific to health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. It combines traditional Pilates exercises with physiotherapy and clinical knowledge to support rehabilitation, injury prevention, and improved physical function.

    • An initial assessment

    • One-on-one (1:1) or small group sessions (3:1)

    • Use of Pilates equipment (e.g. Reformer, Trapeze Table) or mat-based work

    • Focus on controlled movement, core stability, and breathing

    • Regular progress assessments

    • Back and neck pain

    • Postural issues

    • Sports injuries

    • Post-operative rehabilitation (e.g. after spinal or joint surgery)

Base Sweat is designed to get your heart rate up with a combination of pilates and cardio. This fun, high energy class will make you work and leave you energised.

Let’s slow it down.

Base Length is here to lengthen, stretch and mobilise you. A slower, stretch based class that will aid with flexibility and promote recovery.

Base Burn includes a mix of contemporary and classical pilates that will have you feeling muscles you didn’t know existed. With a focus on strength and endurance, you’ll be left feeling ready to take on anything.

Bringing Corporate Pilates into your workplace is a simple, effective way to help your team reduce stress, boost focus, and feel more energised overall. It’s also a great way to balance out long hours of sitting and encourage healthier movement habits at work.

Our Corporate Pilates sessions run for 45–60 minutes and can be scheduled before work or over lunch — and as with all our wellness programs, we’re more than happy to tailor the timing and style to suit your team.

All classes are led by fully qualified instructors who create a supportive, inclusive environment for all levels.

Corporate Pilates sessions are $170 (ex GST) per class, with discounted rates available for consecutive or ongoing bookings.
