Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and support better movement in everyday life. Using your own body weight and controlled, intentional movements, each session focuses on core stability, posture, and alignment—helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.

Class Styles

  • Base Sweat

    It’s about to get sweaty.

    Base Sweat is designed to get your heart rate up with a combination of pilates and cardio. This fun, high energy class will make you work and leave you energised.

  • Base Length

    Let’s slow it down.

    Base Length is here to lengthen, stretch and mobilise you. A slower, stretch based class that will aid with flexibility and promote recovery.

  • Base Burn

    Time to feel the burn.

    Base Burn includes a mix of contemporary and classical pilates that will have you feeling muscles you didn’t know existed. With a focus on strength and endurance, you’ll be left feeling ready to take on anything.
